Japan Residence Card holders are required to submit a re-entry permit when they leave the country temporarily.
The re-entry form can be obtained just before you enter immigration at your departure airport in Japan.
Make sure you get the form and fill in the【DEPARTURE】section before you enter immigration to leave Japan!!
Don't forget to fill in the【ARRIVAL】section when you are returning to Japan!
※If you forget to submit this re-entry permit, your Visa will become invalid and you would have to return to your home country to re-apply for your Visa.
